Nic is a passionate advocate for access and equity in education. She has worked extensively in the youth, education and development sectors across Australia and overseas for the last 20 years. Having completed a Bachelor of Social Work at UQ, a Graduate Diploma of Education at QUT and recently a Graduate Certificate in Career Development at JCU she has a real appreciation for the student experience and is keen to support students in overcoming any challenges that present in their learning journey. When she's not working, you'll find her in the ocean, as a surf lifesaver at Redcliffe Peninsula SLSC or in the kitchen baking sweet treats.

Bee Ram is a dedicated professional with over 18 years of experience in the Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. Holding a degree in Psychology, Bee brings a deep understanding of student engagement and support, with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and enriching learning environments. Bee is passionate about enhancing the student experience and contributing to their academic and personal success. Outside of work, Bee enjoys travelling, walking, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, and is a devoted dog enthusiast.
Chrissie Keynes
Manager | Beenleigh
As Manager, Chrissie's goal is to provide a welcoming space where students can thrive. She is passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their goals, bringing a diverse background in teaching, counselling, health sciences and student support across schools, higher education and community settings. She holds a Master of Counselling and previously worked as a teacher for 18 years, as well as a Student Counsellor at Griffith College, supporting students. Outside work, you'll find her travelling, camping, kayaking, skiing and hiking with her two huskies.
