Flexible Access:
Enjoy staffed hours Monday-Friday and extended swipe card access (8 am – midnight, 7 days) to fit your schedule.
Quiet Study Zones:
Find your ideal learning environment with our quiet study room (dual screens, BYOD), individual rooms (exams, seminars), group tutorial spaces, and collaborative breakout areas.
Technology Resources:
Access free ultra-fast internet (180 Mbps), printing, video conferencing, dual-screen desktops and BYOD docking stations.
We also offer workshops on university systems and academic skills.
Academic Skill Development:
Get support through workshops and one-on-one sessions with our Learning Skills Advisors. Students of our partner universities can access local face-to-face tutorials. We provide extra support for new or returning students to navigate university life.
Holistic Student Support:
We offer comprehensive assistance, guiding future students with course selection and enrolment, and helping current students navigate university portals, access support services (extensions, progression, library), and find scholarships. Our mental health first aid trained staff are here for your well-being.
Exam Services:
