Code of Conduct
The Hub is a shared space and as such each Hub user has a right to safe, enjoyable usage of the service and a responsibility to respect the rights of other users to do the same. To help maintain this, all users are expected to:
- Be registered to access the Hub. Do not bring an unregistered user into the Hub or share your PIN code with others. To undertake group work, each student must be individually registered.
- Treat fellow users, staff and equipment with respect. Be mindful of personal space and property.
- Follow all Hub signage and directions from staff.
- Refrain from using illicit substances, drinking alcohol, smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
- Keep shared areas clean, including study spaces, kitchen and breakout areas.
- Keep noise to a minimum. Use headphones instead of playing audio through speakers.
- Take responsibility for your personal belongings.
- Report any safety concerns, inappropriate behaviour or damage to staff or security.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in registration suspension or cancellation.
